-All elves have been vaccinated
-Elves will take a lateral flow COVID test before your visit
- Our elf / elves will sanitise their hands before and after every visit
-Elves uniforms will be Detol sprayed after every visit (fabric disinfectant spray)
- The christmas box will be prepared 1 week in advance (please note no changes will then be able to be made after this period.

- Christmas box (includes letter from Santa, certificate, reindeer food, handheld personalised bells & Christmas activity

- 30 minute home visit
- meet & greet with 2 Christmas elves
- Checking the naughty & nice list
- Short story time
- Festive singing
- Photo opportunity
- Christmas box (same as above)

Terms & conditions:
- Full payment is required upon booking
- Non refundable payment
- Please keep pets away from door step area or the area we will be using in your homes
- Time slots arenβt given until closer to the time and you will be given an hour time slot that your elf can appear by, you will be messaged when your elf is on their way.
- Please make sure you are in on your hour time slot as our elf will have a busy time schedule to keep to, if you are not in your time slot, your Christmas box will be left still on your door step, but please to make sure we avoid disappointment please keep your hour available
- If you know that your postcode takes a driver on a detour please let us know in advance
- Please make sure there is parking for our elf, struggling to park does delay us
- Please do not force your child to have a photo with us or to hug us if they donβt want to.
By paying for your visit you are agreeing to our T&CS.
