To ensure that your event is a success, please look over the information below. Paying the booking fee means that you have read and understand all the terms.

1) Contract:
This contract must be agreed within 48 hours of being received in order to maintain event date. If booking fee is not received within 48 hours, the event date will be released to the next interested client.
2) Payment:
For the booking fee , we accept paypal and bank transfer. We can only accept cash at the end of the event if it has been authorised and agreed to by the business owner.
3) Booking fee:
A non-refundable 50 percent booking fee must be paid in order to secure Client’s event date. The deposit must be paid with 48 hours of the email being sent. If the booking fee is not received within 48 hours, the time slot will be given to the next interested booking.
4) Balance:
Client agrees to pay the balance in cash or PayPal/bank before the party starts or before the event date. Our performers do not accept cheque.
5 Set up/Pack down Time:
Client understands that while the given time is 10am-7pm, the staff member may have to set up a little earlier if we have other scheduled activity that day. If our staff member does require an earlier time to set up you will be notified the day before or earlier. This also applies to pick up, sometimes we may be a little later picking up, there would be no extra charge, this can be caused by running over at prior events or being stuck in traffic, we will again notify you if will be picking up later than 7pm.
6)Over night usage:
Client understands that if required over night then the pick up time will be 5pm the following day. If you would like a later pick up time please let us know this will come with an extra charge.
7) Additional Time:
Client understands that if extra is needed or wanted, they are to get in touch at least one hour before scheduled pick up, this is to ensure that our staff member hasn’t set off to collect the equipment. Extra time is dependent on staff collecting the equipment. Some times this isn’t always possible as we often have busy days the following day. If you’d like to add an overnight use to this and have only decided on the day, please contact our performer as soon as possible. This is subject to availability the following day.
8) Smoking:
The property of A whole new World Event Entertainment are very valuable and will not be subject to smoke of any kind which can damage the festival tent. Customer understands that we do not allow smoking inside our tents or around. This tent is purposely for children and if this smells like smoke we would have to buy a new one. Client understands that if the staff member comes to collect the tent and it smells like smoke inside or on the material you will be charged for a new one at the cost of £500 or more. We can’t stress enough the importance of not smoking in or around our tent.
9) Alcohol:
We understand accidents happen, and while you are at home having a party you might want to have a drink. Customer understands that if spillage happens inside that it will be cleaned up. If alcohol if spilt and lands on the fabric colourful part of the tent, please only use water to clean this, using the wrong products may ruin the colours of our tent. If alcohol is spilt on the tent please notify the staff member when they pick up.
10)Cancellations & Rescheduling:
In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstance or illness, A Whole New World reserves the right to reschedule your party. If a customer chooses to cancel a party due to weather or unforeseen circumstances or illness, you may reschedule the event for any date up to a month from the original event date based on availability. An event can only be rescheduled once. If cancellation/rescheduling happens 3 days before the party you will be charged a £50 fee.
Booking fees are non-refundable. Our tents are waterproof meaning if rain does happen then you are still able to use the tent. Customer understands that if it is to rain then customer can choose whether to swap some of the games for a projector and games that can be done inside of the tent.
11) Games + Activities:
All activities are listed on the website and available upon request.
12) Changes to Party Length:
Any changes to party length must be made no later than 2 weeks before the party and are at the discretion of the booking team. If over night is wanted please let us know at this time.
13) Required set up area:
Client understands that’s if there isn’t enough space to set up after knowing the correct measurements for the tent then unfortunately we will not be able to go ahead with the booking. Client understands that this will result in then losing their booking fee.

This needs to be grass area, where we can peg the tent & ropes down.
This is just the area for the tent, games can be places in front or around depending on the area we have to use, or used inside.
14)Use of speaker:
Client is aware that this is again property of A Whole New World Event Entertainment and any damage occurred will result in customer paying for a replacement. We wouldn’t advice having any drinks around the speaker. We also require that on very hot days that the speaker is covered by the front of the tent as this then can over heat if in direct sunlight. Or again if it’s raining then the speaker needs to be covered by being inside the tent. The speaker is 300watts and very loud for a house party so music will still be heard even in the front of the tent. Client understands that the speaker is Bluetooth and no music is provided. We only provide the speaker for you to play your own music from.
15)Accidents:
Client is not to hold A Whole New World responsible for any accidents that may Happen during the use of our activities.
The tent will be pinned down therefore there will be strings, please advice children not to be running over these as they may trip, and again we will not be held responsible if this was to happen. All activities are to be used with parental supervision, any incorrect use of games could result in falling or injury. As these are all supervised games by parents we will not be held responsible for accidents caused by these. Please note also, the pole in the middle is not for Swinging on, this could lead to the tent ripping and pole falling down causing accidents.
16) Photo Release:
Any photos taken are hereby signed as release to be used by A Whole New World Event Entertainment for website, social media, and promotional use. If you wish for Your/a Child to not be publicly advertised, please let us know before the party commences.
17) Pets:
All pets must be contained away from the party area. We have performers with phobias and allergies towards animals, along with other children with future bookings that may be very allergic. If the tent is to be found with any pet smells i.e cat/dog wee then you will be held responsible for the cleaning costs.
18) Damage:
We understand that accidents happen, however, the client may be held responsible for excessive damage sustained to equipment and property of A Whole New World during Client’s event. The cost to replace/repair damaged/broken costumes or materials will be billed to the Client.
19)Glitter tattoos:
All glitter and glue provided is suitable for cosmetic use. Please do not use if you haven’t used before or if you have had an allergic reaction. Customer and all parents attending agree Not to hold A Whole New World responsible for any allergic reactions that happen due to using cosmetic glue and glitter, this must be made clear when their children have a tattoo as this is the responsibility of parents attending the party to agree to children or adults having one.
20) Liability:
The Client agrees to hold and keep harmless A Whole New World and its Performers from any and all property damages and/or bodily injury damage caused by the Client’s guests. Client agrees to not hold A Whole New World responsible for inclement weather or other Acts of God that may cause cancellation of the event.
21)Beds/Bedding
Please note no bedding is provided, we advice that you ask parents of the children’s sleeping over if they can bring their own.
