Christmas Elf Visits

 Thankyou your interest in our Christmas visits this year.

Terms & conditions:

• Full payment is required upon booking
• Visits are first come, first served
• Non refundable payment 
• Please keep pets away from door step area or the area we will be using in your homes
• Time slots aren’t given until closer to the time so we can work out postcode route. You will be given an hour time slot that your elf can appear by, you will be messaged when your elf is on their way. 
• Please make sure you are in on your hour time slot as our elf will have a busy time schedule to keep to, if you are not in your time slot, your Christmas box will be left still on your door step, but please to make sure we avoid disappointment please keep your hour available 
• If you know that your postcode takes a driver on a detour please let us know in advance 
• Please make sure there is parking for our elf, struggling to park does delay us and may result in us leaving and no refund given
• Please do not force your child to have a photo with us or to hug us if they don’t want to. 
• We offer 15-20 minutes as sometimes a child may want us to leave due to being overwhelmed, therefore we judge time on the child
• Each visits includes only one gift + certificate

By paying for your visit you are agreeing to our T&CS.

What do we need from you?

Please can you provide us with:

• Number of children 
• child/children’s names
• Ages of children 
• Any messages you’d like us to mention anything that could really stand out to them if we mention it
• Your contact number 
• Your full address with postcode

We will get in touch as soon as we have reviewed your booking request or by the end of the next working day. Payments do need to be made within 24 hours to secure your slot.
