Fancy Fox Photobooth– Photobooth Hire Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
• A non-refundable booking fee of £80 is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 2 weeks the event.
• Bookings are only confirmed once a booking fee and confirmation have been received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the booking fee.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the event will be charged at 50% of the total booking cost.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
• In the unlikely event we need to cancel, a full refund will be provided.
3. Access & Venue Requirements
• The hirer is responsible for ensuring that:
• There is suitable access for loading and unloading.
• The setup space is must be suitable for the booth and your guests to be around, with access to power socket.
• The venue permits the use of a photobooth and any additional equipment.
• We require at least 60 minutes before the hire time for setup and 30 minutes after for pack down.
4. Hire Duration
• Standard hire duration is 2 hours,unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional time can be booked at £75 per hour, subject to availability.
5. Use of Equipment
• The photobooth and props must be treated with care and respect.
• Damage to the booth, equipment or props caused by misuse or negligence will be charged to the hirer.
• Children must be supervised at all times when using the booth.
6. Photos & Prints
• Guests will receive 1-2 prints at the same time depending on package during the hire period.
• Digital copies of all photos will be provided to the hirer via a Facebook album. Unless have usb.
7. Image Use & Privacy
• By using the photobooth, guests consent to having their photos taken and used for promotional purposes by Fancy Fox photobooth/fancy fox entertainment unless stated otherwise in writing.
• If you wish to opt out of promotional use, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
8. Liability
• We accept no responsibility for any injuries or accidents caused by misuse of the equipment.
• We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, road closures, technical issues).
9. Conduct & Safety
• We reserve the right to terminate the hire without refund if staff are subject to abuse or the equipment is being used in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
• No food or drink is allowed inside the booth.
10.Personalisation
Please let us know your preferred themed colours when booking, so we can create a background for you. These can’t be changed after 2 weeks before your wedding/ event. If you don’t send us any, then we will create one for you.

By paying the booking fee and confirming the booking, the hirer agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
