SHOULD I BOOK YOU OR THE VENUE FIRST?
We advice booking with ourselves first, as we book up quickly and quite in advance. We work in time slots of 11-1 and 2:30-4:30,, we also work later times suitable for UV Parties and older children As we have limited availabilty, it is much easier to find a venue around our times and dates, rather than the other way around.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Yes, We do need to take a Β£50 BOOKING fee, which acts as deposit to secure your party date & time. This comes off your total balance. Booking fee can be paid Via Bank or Paypal. This is none refundable
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
If youβd like to book, simply fill out the BOOK NOW form on any of the party package pages, or on the home page, this will provide us with all the details we need for your party. We get back to you soon as possible with availability. Please note, our replies may go into your email junk, so keep an eye out
THEN WHAT?
Then once weβve agreed on your party date and package, I will send another email asking you to confirm the details once again, to read our terms and conditions which are linked on the confirmation like, followed then by the booking fee payment of Β£50, Paying your Booking fee means you agree to our T&Cs. Again, this is none refundable
AND ONCE IβVE BOOKED?
Once youβve paid the Booking fee you will receive an email with both confirmation of the payment and Party on there.
Youβre welcome to contact us regarding your party whenever youβd like in the run up to you party.
PAYING THE REMAINING BALANCE?
Payments are due a week before your party. You can also pay your remaining balance in instalments if you prefer right up until a week before. This can be paid into the same bank account that the booking fee was paid into.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
β’We bring our Full PA system, including music, speakers & lights. (for our 2 hour parties, for our one hours we have a portable speaker)
β’We bring sweets & prizes
β’We bring party games and activities suitable for your theme.
DO YOU REQUIRE TIME TO SET UP?
Yes for 2 hours parties, Ideally we need around 30 minutes prior to the party starting to set up our music equipment and get into character if needed. For one hour parties we arrive a few minutes before start time.
DO YOU SET UP IN CHARACTER?
NO! So we arrive in our uniforms which are orange jeans & green/purple jumpers. We arrive out of costume so we donβt break character while setting or most of all, ruin our costumes. We will arrive with character make up on.
WHAT TIME DO YOU START?
We are set up no later than your Party start time. We do our best however to get the music playing 5 minutes before so it is on while your guests arrive. If you have booked a character they will come into the room 10 minutes after the start time to allow guests to have all arrived.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
Before we call the character out our host will gather all the party guests together to give our character a big shout out. After our character has done her meet & greets we will follow on with getting the party started with games!
WHEN DO YOU DO CAKE?
We do cake before lunch, this gives you time to cut the cake up and prep it for party bags. However this can be done whenever you like
DO YOU HAVE A BREAK AT LUNCH?
Absolutely not. During lunch we help serve food, pour drinks and make sure everyone is happy. If you need our help just give us a shout, we will just be interacting with the children while they eat.
WOULD YOU LIKE SOME LUNCH?
Please donβt be offended when we say no Thank you, we are just doing our best to stay in character, while your food will look yummy we canβt be having any food accidents.
AFTER LUNCH?
After lunch we carry on with Entertainment. Before the party finishes we get all the children together for a big group photo. We will always make sure we get individual photos of the Birthday Child & Characters. We donβt always have time to take photos of every individual guest however if you do want this to happen just make us aware so we make more time.
AND WHEN ITS TIME TO GO?
We try to make sure every party finishes on time but sometimes going over canβt be helped. Guests will say goodbye to their characters and then go and collect their party bags.
WHERE WILL THE CHARACTER BE?
The character will have gone to get changed while the host packs down. Please note that the cast member will be coming back out to help pack up once shes changed, so please if you can avoid those little eyes from being around.
WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS?
These will be shown to you before you get the payment details from out booking system, You can also find these on. the drop down menu under T&CS, we have different ones for different parties such as Venue parties, Home parties, Face Painting, Soft Play and for Glitters.
WHAT GAMES DO YOU PLAY?
We have tones of games, itβs impossible to list them all, we play a good variety of games along with party dances. These are all suitable for the ages of the party we are attending. We also provide prizes.
DO YOU NEED SOMEWHERE TO GET CHANGED?
Yes please! We do require somewhere to be able to get changed which isnβt the toilets. Our costumes are very expensive and as you can imagine the toilets arenβt very nice. This is stated on your T&CS also that we will not get changed in toilets.
ARE YOUR COSTUMES FANCY DRESS SHOP?
Oh no no no no,. We take great pride in making our characters perfect and fully magical and believable. Our Costumes are all handmade from high end dress makers all cross the world.
DO YOUR CHARACTERS HAVE ACCENTS?
We portray the character the very best we can, from accents - poses - make up - eye colour and personalities. Please refrain from asking where your performer is really from or their real names. This could potentially ruin the magic for the children.
DO WE NEED TO BOOK A VENUE?
Yes. Unfortunately we donβt have our own just yet but we have a list of venues that we recommend. (see venues on our drop down menu)
WHAT ELSE DO WE NEED?
Invitations, Party food, birthday cake, Party bags, and room decorations if youβd like.
ARE YOU ABLE TO STAY EXTRA TIME?
If youβd like us to stay longer please ask the party host before the finishing time. Sometimes weβre able to stay longer but most of the time we have other parties to get to.
WHATS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CHILDREN?
Each package varies, usually between 25-35, none themed parties or corporate events have no limit.
DO YOU HAVE A DBS?
Yes. While itβs not actually a requirement for childrenβs entertainers as we are never left alone with the children. We have them as a little reassurance.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Of course! We are equity members and have Public Liability insurance through First Act.
WHAT AGE DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR PARTIES?
We have different packages to suit different ages. Our 2 hour themed parties we recommend 4+ but that doesnβt mean you canβt have a party for your 3 year old if thatβs what youβd like. For our 30/60 minute parties if youβd like a party for your child no matter the age thatβs no problem at all. We offer different themes for those older children too such a UV/neon parties or traditional.
DO YOU VISIT SOFT PLAY CENTRES?
We do indeed, but do make sure you get permission from the play area first as they may offer their own characters. We do have limited availability on these.
DO YOU HAVE BOUNCY CASTLES AT PARTIES?
While bouncy castles are fun, you don't need them at our 2 hour parties as we entertain the children from start to finish. If we do arrive and there is bouncy castles, unless these get put down we unfortunately won't be able to stay and no refund will be given. For one hour parties, we ask that these get put down so you can get the full benefit of our services. These are huge distractions, and children struggle to hear us, even with microphones over the noise of the generator.
DO YOU NEED SOMEWHERE TO PARK?
Yes Please, we have lots of heavy gear to unload and load into the car, so we do need somewhere to park. Parking is on the terms and conditions also, so when booking a venue please take this into consideration. if there's no parking, this will delay our starting time. Hiring a venue with no parking also makes it very difficult for your guests to get parked and arrive on time.

WHAT DO YOU DO?
All is included in the package you selected, we do lots of singing and dancing, party games, party dancing, royal training, superhero training, quizzes, all round we have lots of fun!
DO YOU USE MY PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Only with your permission. We only share photos onto our Facebook, instagram and website that you send us or share via reviews. We also make announcements on the mic at photo time for all children that can't be on social media not to be included in the group photo.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE GET COVID OR FALL UNWELL?
We will try our best to reschedule however this isn't always possible, just like anything else that is booked, unfortunately if you can no longer do your booking then you will lose your slot and not be refunded. Please remember we are only a small business, if you have to cancel we will have lost payment from that date, along with paying staff that would have been on that booking. There is a rebooking fee of Β£50 for any party that needs to be rebooked within 2 weeks of the party date. Parties cancelled on the day will not be able to be rescheduled. Paying your booking fee means you agree to this. Please don't give our staff members or admin abuse over this when you need to cancel.
DO YOU CATER FOR OTHER EVENTS?
YES! we cater for weddings, christening, corporate events, council events, family pub seasonal events, Galas and festivals. We can pretty much cater for any event and have a schedule suitable for all guests.
