These will be shown to you before you get the payment details from out booking system, You can also find these on. the drop down menu under T&CS, we have different ones for different parties such as Venue parties, Home parties, Face Painting, Soft Play and for Glitters.
WHAT TIME DO YOU ARRIVE?
For 2 hour parties We aim to get there around 10-15 minutes prior so we can set up easily, however traffic issues may change this so we hopefully shouldn't be there any later than 10 minutes before. To ensure we can get set up easier, please make sure car parking is available on site and we have correct venue names and postcodes. For 1 hour visits or 30 minutes, we arrive at the time booked unless we get changed at the venue.
WHAT GAMES DO YOU PLAY?
We have tones of games, it’s impossible to list them all, we play a good variety of games along with party dances. These are all suitable for the ages of the party we are attending. We also provide prizes. Whatever theme you booked our games are themed around that.
WHAT PRIZES DO YOU BRING?
We bring a mix of sweets, stickers and party bag prizes.
WHAT TIME IS BEST FOR UV PARTIES?
ideally the later the better. 4-6, 4:30-6:30, 5-7, 6-8 (depending on the age of your child). In the summer these times may still be light. So finding the right venue is the key factor in making sure your UV party really does glow. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it if your party room isn't dark enough. Make sure to dress birthday child in bright neon clothes.
ARE YOUR COSTUMES FANCY DRESS SHOP?
Oh no no no no,. We take great pride in making our characters perfect and fully magical and believable. Our Costumes are all handmade from high end dress makers all cross the world.
DO YOUR CHARACTERS HAVE ACCENTS?
We portray the character the very best we can, from accents - poses - make up - eye colour and personalities. Please refrain from asking where your performer is really from or their real names. This could potentially ruin the magic for the children.
DO WE NEED TO BOOK A VENUE?
Yes. Unfortunately we don’t have our own just yet but we have a list of venues that we recommend. (see venues on our drop down menu)
CAN WE HAVE OUR PARTY AT HOME?
Of course, we love home parties also. We do offer our 2 hour party at a discounted price due to not bringing a large set up. We will arrive a few minutes before the party starts. Please make sure there is somewhere suitable for us to do the party. If outside and it rains, we do need space indoors, or even if it is too hot. Our wigs aren't designed to be in the hot sun.
WHAT ELSE DO WE NEED?
Invitations, Party food, birthday cake, Party bags, and room decorations if you’d like.
ARE YOU ABLE TO STAY EXTRA TIME?
If you’d like us to stay longer please ask the party host before the finishing time. Sometimes we’re able to stay longer but most of the time we have other parties to get to.
WHATS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CHILDREN?
Each package varies, usually between 25-35, none themed parties or corporate events have no limit. We advice there is no less than 15 children invited.
DO YOU HAVE A DBS?
Yes. While it’s not actually a requirement for children’s entertainers as we are never left alone with the children. We have them as a little reassurance.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Of course! We are equity members and have Public Liability insurance through First Act.
WHAT AGE DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR PARTIES?
We have different packages to suit different ages. Our 2 hour themed parties we recommend 4+ but that doesn’t mean you can’t have a party for your 3 year old if that’s what you’d like. For our 30/60 minute parties if you’d like a party for your child no matter the age that’s no problem at all. We offer different themes for those older children too such a UV/neon parties or traditional.
DO YOU VISIT SOFT PLAY CENTRES?
We do indeed, but do make sure you get permission from the play area first as they may offer their own characters. We do have limited availability on these. We try to do a morning visit or evening
DO YOU HAVE BOUNCY CASTLES AT PARTIES?
While bouncy castles are fun, you don't need them at our 2 hour parties as we entertain the children from start to finish. If we do arrive and there is bouncy castles, unless these get put down we unfortunately won't be able to stay and no refund will be given. For one hour parties, we ask that these get put down so you can get the full benefit of our services. These are huge distractions, and children struggle to hear us, even with microphones over the noise of the generator.
DO YOU NEED SOMEWHERE TO PARK?
Yes Please, we have lots of heavy gear to unload and load into the car, so we do need somewhere to park. Parking is on the terms and conditions also, so when booking a venue please take this into consideration. if there's no parking, this will delay our starting time. Hiring a venue with no parking also makes it very difficult for your guests to get parked and arrive on time.

WHAT DO YOU DO?
All is included in the package you selected, we do lots of singing and dancing, party games, party dancing, royal training, superhero training, quizzes, all round we have lots of fun!
DO YOU USE MY PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Only with your permission. We only share photos onto our Facebook, instagram and website that you send us or share via reviews. We also make announcements on the mic at photo time for all children that can't be on social media not to be included in the group photo.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE GET COVID OR FALL UNWELL?
We will try our best to reschedule however this isn't always possible, just like anything else that is booked, unfortunately if you can no longer do your booking then you will lose your slot and not be refunded. Please remember we are only a small business, if you have to cancel we will have lost payment from that date, along with paying staff that would have been on that booking. There is a rebooking fee of £50 for any party that needs to be rebooked within 4 weeks of the party date. Parties cancelled on the day will not be able to be rescheduled. Paying your booking fee means you agree to this. Please don't give our staff members or admin abuse over this when you need to cance, you agreed before paying.
DO YOU CATER FOR OTHER EVENTS?
YES! we cater for weddings, christening, corporate events, council events, family pub seasonal events, Galas and festivals. We can pretty much cater for any event and have a schedule suitable for all guests.
CAN WE BOOK EXTRAS?
We have a list of extras on our website party pages. Please try and book these at the same time incase we require an extra member of staff. If not we will try our best to get these booked on if you message us.
WHAT IS GLITTER FACES?
This is just face glitter, like those you see at festivals. All our gels, glues and glitters are all cosmetic grade and skin safe. The minimum age for face glitter is 3 years. If booking just face glitters as an add on, these are done at the start of the party, and during lunch, and it will be a member of staff who is already on the party that does them.
DO BOYS LIKE GLITTERS?
Of course! We have a variety of colour choices, For glitter tattoos we also have plenty of designs suitable for both genders and allow the children to choose whichever one they would like. .
CAN I ADD GLITTERS?
Sure! We have 3 options, just glitter tattoos, just glitter faces, or both.
When adding on just glitter tattoos or just glitter faces, these are done at the start of the party and during lunch by the party host. When adding both these are done throughout. Glitter tattoos can only be applied on the arm or hand.
SHOULD I BOOK ANOTHER CHARACTER FOR THE BOYS?
Honestly, these are just children's characters, The boys love meeting them all regardless if they're a superhero or princess. The boys will surprise you with their love towards the princesses.
WHAT DO YOU WEAR FOR THE UV PARTIES?
Oh we go to town! We have light up trainers, neon coloured clothing, Neon tutus sometimes. Neon accessories. You can find some photos over on the UV Party package. make sure to dress to theme also.
DO YOU DO CHARITY WORK?
We certainly do our fair share of charity work every year. We unfortunately don't have a lot of free time to fit in as many as we'd like. For this type of question, please send us an email or message.
