Our Festival-Inspired Glitter Parties are full of sparkle, creativity and fun! To ensure a safe and fabulous experience for everyone, please read the following terms and conditions:

1. Activities Included

Our glitter party typically features:

• Festival-style face glitter

• Glitter tattoos

• Face gems and sparkle designs

• Hair glitter and optional reusable bubble braids (on bobbles)

• Self-led  games with guidance from our party host

Activities may vary slightly depending on the number of children, venue, or party duration.

2. Safety & Supervision

• All products (face glitter, adhesive, etc.) are cosmetic-grade, skin-safe, and compliant with UK/EU safety standards.

• A patch test is recommended for children with sensitive skin.

• Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. Our entertainer is not responsible for childcare.

• Bubble braids are applied using elastic bobbles. Please do not pull or remove these without assistance.

3. Set-Up & Space Requirements

• Please ensure access to an appropriate indoor space or shaded outdoor area.

• If outdoors, the party area must be covered (e.g. gazebo, marquee) to protect products from sunlight, wind, or rain.

• A table and chairs should be available for set-up. Access to power or handwashing facilities is helpful but not required.

4. Games

• self-run games are included and designed for easy play alongside the sparkle activities.

• Our entertainer will guide the children and explain each game, but adult support is encouraged, especially for younger guests.

5. Allergies & Health Conditions

• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities ahead of the event.

• We cannot accept responsibility for reactions if relevant information hasn’t been disclosed in advance.

6. Hygiene & Application

• All tools and surfaces are cleaned and sanitised before each party.

• Disposable applicators are used wherever possible for hygiene and safety.

• Hair glitter and bubble braids are optional and only applied with child and parent consent.

7. Photos & Media

• We occasionally take photos or short videos for social media or promotional use.

• If you do not want your child photographed, please let us know before the party.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

• We aim to keep things fun and relaxed! However, disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in a child being asked to step back from the activity.

• We do not tolerate aggressive or disrespectful behaviour towards our entertainer.
