Terms and Conditions for Booking Services
Thank you for choosing us! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Payment
• Bookings are secured upon receipt of a non-refundable booking fee
• The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event
• Payments can be made via transfer or cash.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 30 days days before the event: deposit retained, no further charges.
• Cancellations more than 14 days of the event: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
• Cancellations within 14 days : full payment is required.
• In the rare case we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergencies, etc.), a full refund will be issued or a replacement artist will be offered where possible.

3. Set-Up & Requirements
• A safe, dry, well-lit, and shaded area must be provided.
• Access to a table unless agreed differently
• Parking and entry fees (if any) must be covered by the customer
•Parking needed on site, or set up time may be delayed

4. Health & Safety
• Only high-quality, cosmetic-grade, skin-safe products are used.
• Face painting will not be applied to anyone with open wounds, skin infections, or visible illness (e.g., colds, rashes, conjunctivitis).
• For hygiene reasons, the artist reserves the right to refuse painting on children on areas near the eyes/mouth where unsafe.Strictly no under 3 year olds, unfortunately this is due to children’s skin still being sensitive, and could cause a reaction
• Glitter is applied using skin-safe gel and adhesive

5. Supervision
• Children remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian at all times.
• We ask that an adult is present during painting to help manage excited little ones and give consent if needed.
• We will not paint any child that does not want to be painted or looks distressed
• We will paint which design the child would like, not what the parent requests

6. Photography & Social Media
• We may ask to take photos of our work for promotional purposes.
• Please inform us if you do not wish for any photos to be taken or shared on social media.

7. Insurance
• We are covered by Public Liability Insurance.
• All materials used comply with UK/EU safety standards.

8. Liability
• We accept no responsibility for allergic reactions that occur. face painting is done at your own risk. (clients are encouraged to inform us of any known allergies, you can view our ingredients, just ask).
• We are not responsible for damage to clothing or property caused by paints or glitter.
• Do not sleep in face paint, or face glitter. •Wash off with soap and water, using a baby wipe may still leave a stain on the skin

9)Number of Children
•We aim to paint between 10-15 faces within 1 hour
•Please advise numbers when booking, as deisgns can be altered to accommodate more
•Glitter faces we can do more children due to the application being a lot quicker

10)Extra Children
•If there are more children than mentioned, this may result in designs being altered.
•If you need us longer, please ask, this will be charged accordingly.
•We will leave at the time we are booked until due to other commitments.
•Or If we run over due to having more children there than told, this will be charged at an additional £5 per child, and will be mentioned before carrying on.
